Proto bychom si ale m\u011bli d\u00e1vat pozor na to, jak tr\u00e1v\u00edme sv\u016fj voln\u00fd \u010das. B\u011bhem n\u011bj bychom se tak m\u011bli zam\u011b\u0159it na to, abychom sed\u011bli co nejm\u00e9n\u011b a co nejv\u00edce se h\u00fdbali. I pohyb by se m\u011bl odehr\u00e1vat v ur\u010dit\u00fdch norm\u00e1ch. Je p\u0159\u00edmo vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9, kolik minut t\u00fddn\u011b bychom m\u011bli str\u00e1vit pohybem o st\u0159edn\u00ed a vysok\u00e9 intenzit\u011b. Nikdy se tohoto ale p\u0159esn\u011b dr\u017eet nemus\u00edte. V\u017edy jde o pohyb jako takov\u00fd. Na\u0161e t\u011blo by se m\u011blo um\u011bt h\u00fdbat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, tak\u017ee je lep\u0161\u00ed pohybovou aktivitu st\u0159\u00eddat. Jednou se m\u016f\u017eeme zam\u011b\u0159it sp\u00ed\u0161e na vytrvalost, jindy na silov\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 bychom m\u011bli zapojovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 skupiny. Krom\u011b toho je rozumn\u00e9 svaly nejen nam\u00e1hat, ale tak\u00e9 protahovat, abychom p\u0159ede\u0161li jejich zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 ale jste ji\u017e nestihli p\u0159edej\u00edt negativn\u00edm dopad\u016fm dlouhodob\u00e9ho sezen\u00ed, tak\u017ee se pot\u00fdk\u00e1te s obt\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi dopady. V\u011bt\u0161inou se jedn\u00e1 o bolesti r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e. Obvykle si lid\u00e9 st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na bedern\u00ed nebo kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159. Krom\u011b bolesti se pak mohou objevovat tak\u00e9 omezen\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch pohyb\u016f, tak\u017ee je pro V\u00e1s sport pro zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00fd.
